Deputy Minister Kakar stated that Afghan migrants have the right to enjoy all their legal rights. He added that the document would pave the way to provide facilitation and privileges, ensuring human and migration rights to all Afghans.
In addition, according to the memorandum of understanding, the process of migration of Afghans to Turkey and their return to their homeland will be regulated, transparent, and the rate of irregular migration will be reduced.
The General Director of Migration Management sees the document as a framework for joint cooperation with Afghanistan and for better management of the migration process, return and care for migrants.
