The Acting Minister of Refugees and Refugees Introduced
On Monday, 14th of September, the vice president Mr. Amrullah Saleh introduced Mr. Noor Rahman Akhlaqi as acting minister for ministry of Refugee and Repatriation (MoRR).
While speech, Mr. Amrullah Saleh congratulated to both former (Mr. Sayed Hussain Alemi Balkhi) and the acting minister (Mr. Akhlaqi’s) of MoRR. He noted the government will do its efforts for communications and returning of Afghan talents from abroad of the country.
“we don’t have not only refugee; but also, we have diaspora or scattered afghans which now their second and third generations of them are specialist in host countries, and has scientific abilities. Government try to provide remote services and ways to return them in their country.” Told Mr. Saleh.
In addition, by mentioning the peace negotiation; he seriously emphasized on republican system and added that there is no concern about dealing on the name, content and type of the system. He told: “the European Union, NATO and the United States also have supported the publicity.”
Meanwhile, Mohammad Alam Ezadyar, the deputy to Senate which has a speech in the ceremony told unemployment, poverty, clashes are the causes of these situation in Afghanistan and hoped that “the peace negotiations would put a stop point to 42 years’ war in the country.”
In continue, Mr. Sayed Hussain Alemi Balkhi the prime Minister of MoRR noted the most important achievements, and called that the ministry of refugee and repatriation as a strategic address. He added, more than 70 countries are hosting afghan migrants nowadays and the MoRR is in touch with 150 countries and 50 international organizations which are come together in annual meeting of Unite Nation High Commissioner for Refugee.
Meanwhile, the acting minister of Refugees and Repatriation also talked about migrant’s issues and said: "We have many problems in the country and migration is one of the main priorities of the government; by knowing this I have dared to accept this responsibility, I hope that in this regard. we will do better and more effective work as a unit team and serve our people with the existing capacities of the Ministry.”
He added that we are obliged to implement the government's policies; on the other hand, based on law we are free to consult and work effectively for Afghans.
In the introducing ceremony of acting minister, Mohammad Alam Izadyar, the first deputy of the National Assembly, and some Representative of the People in parliament and the Senate and some Jihadi commanders were present.
